So much in the name of customer service!!!

Its the last working day of the month… this means its pay day. As I have been experiencing month after month for past 5 months, I expect my salary to be in the account when I tried logging in to my citibank account. But when I try to login, what do I see… the bloody site is not working!!!

Bad enough, the citibank site is a pain in all the wrong places, now even the reliability is questionable. Anywayz I keep up my efforts to get logged and see my hard earned salary, waiting in the account for me :-) .

In the end when I get past entering my login credentials repeatedly, much to my dissappointment, I land on the site’s main page having the title “Test”. This is the heights of un-proffessionalism. One wouldn’t expect such a behavior from a bank’s website, and certainly not ?.

And thats not all… but more on this later. I will run to the ATM and see if my balance.
